11:00am - 5:00pm
Join the women of WINHER for a delightful spring retreat on Saturday May 2, 2026.
We're thrilled to partner with Resilient Acres Farms in Chardon, Ohio!
Enjoy Yoga, sound healing, mini massage, gua sha class, create your own flower crown, create your own essential oil aromatherapy roller, full Flower moon water ceremony, ecstatic dance session with DJ Andromeda, and delicious lunch and snacks including vegan and vegetarian options.
This gentle, rejuvenating, & supportive yoga session will be guided by our seasoned instructor, Denys Morgan. This class is specially designed for women's bodies of all ages and will focus on,
Hormonal balance, Mental Focus, Nervous System Recalibration and Deep relaxation.
You will experience rejuvenating breathwork, nervous system regulation techniques and grounding exercises followed by an extended period of rest in Savasana (corpse pose), during which you will receive personalized sound healing and soothing mini-massages by the phenomenal Cassandra Hale. This is more than just a yoga class; it’s a journey towards self-care and empowerment. We look forward to seeing you on the mat, where you can unwind, recharge, and reconnect with your true self.
This experience promises to be far from your typical sound bath. It will be tailored to each individual while still embracing the group atmosphere. Denys will place Tibetan singing bowls, crafted from seven and nine special metals, on key energy points of the body to help align and balance the chakras. A variety of instruments, including gongs, chimes, and cymbals, will be played close to your body, allowing you to both feel and hear the captivating vibrations.
Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned yogi, this class offers something special for everyone. The combination of sound healing and mini-massages further enriches the experience, helping to soothe the mind and body.
Amanda will be offering a rejuvenating Gua Sha session at the retreat. This traditional technique gently glides a smooth tool along the skin to promote blood circulation, decrease muscle tension, and support lymphatic drainage—helping refresh and revitalize your skin while creating a relaxing moment of self-care.
There will also be an Aromatherapy Essential Oil Bar, each participant will get to create their own personal Aromatherapy roller. One of the most well-known benefits of aromatherapy is the ability to reduce stress and promote relaxation.
We will be creating beautiful hand-crafted flower crowns to wear to be reminded of the phenomenal Goddesses we each are! Each flower has a special meaning and we will add a positive intention which will transform this decorative craft into a mindful experience. We will be using blooms to symbolize emotions, goals, or connections. We have carefully selected flowers based on their symbolic meaning—such as lavender for peace and tranquility, daisies for joy and innocence, rises for gratitude and love, and baby’s breath for purity and sincerity. This mindful excercise allows us to create a beautiful treasure while focusing on the present moment. We will be listening to a curated playlist and raising our consciousness as we embed personal purpose into the wearable art.
Naturalist Rebecca will be leading an interpretive nature walk. She will educate us in identifying wildflowers, shrubs and mushrooms. We will be entertained and delighted as she plays her guitar along our magical journey.
We will also be moving and grooving to our very own President Cristina Lowder AKA DJ Andromeda! To embrace light and love through dance, a woman can focus on mindful movement, expressive freedom, and feminine energy to foster a deeper connection with herself and the world around her. By shifting the focus from how the dance looks to how it feels, movement becomes a powerful tool for emotional release and spiritual alignment. These techniques use movement as a form of "active meditation" to cultivate inner peace. Feel free to close your eyes and move your bodies in non linear movements without a specific script. This "curvy" movement helps unlock feminine energy and allows us to feel completely free!
The cost is $75 and this price includes healthy, snacks, lunch, teas & mocktails.
We will have a psychic/tarot card reader available at the event as well.
Michelle is a gifted psychic with decades of experience. She incorporates a variety of tarot decks in her readings. She is a CFMW, a board-certified hypnotherapist, a Reiki Master, teacher, intuitive crystal reader and medium and is trained in various healing modalities.
Her Heart-Centered approach includes influences from Access Consciousness, Jikiden and Usui Reiki, Crystal Healing, Intuition, NLP and her own Crystal Frequency Attunement®. In both her healing offerings and readings, Michelle effortlessly combines her talents and tools to create a roadmap to self-realization for her clients.
Michelle believes that all people have their own healing abilities and she creates and holds the space to allow her clients to step into their own gifts, intuition, power and purpose and encourages them to express it to the world in ways that empower themselves and those around them to step into more possibility. Her readings will be available for an additional cost of $20 for a 10 minute reading or $30 for a 15 minute reading.
