Float, Flow & Nourish: A WINHER Wellness Experience

Please join us for a delightful evening of yoga and a relaxing sound bath in a beautiful nature setting. Hear the calming sounds of the waterfall during this yoga session led by the owner of Revive Spa Christine Sivori and Melanie Germ. We will then get to lay it all down on our mats under the canopy of the breathtaking trees and enjoy a tranquil sound bath journey! 

This is a donation based class and you can bring a cash donation with you the day of class or go to our website winher.me, there is a donate button located in the Help Our Cause section. Forest bathing, also known as Shinrin-yoku in Japanese, originated in Japan in the 1980s. The practice involves immersing oneself in nature and connecting with it using all of the senses. It is considered a form of movement meditation. The practice involves being calm and quiet, observing nature, and breathing deeply. It is an excellent way to slow down and become grounded. Studies have shown that it helps reduce stress and improve health and well-being.

Join the lovely ladies of WINHER as the  phenomenal Denys Morgan leads us all on this enchanted journey. We will meet Sunday October 5th from 3:00-4:00pm at The Rocky River Nature Center located at 24000 Valley Pkwy, North Olmsted OH 44070. Please arrive  a few minutes early in front of the main doors at the front of the Nature Center. 

Come enjoy an immersive experience of one of Cleveland's green jewels and connect with Mother Nature, the WINHER community and most of all - yourself.

This event is offered on a donation basis. Please register and make a donation and fill out the liability waiver. You only need to fill out the liability waiver once a year for all of our AMAZING WINHER programming! 

Be sure to dress comfortably, wear supportive footwear and bring a water bottle. Check our social media pages in case the event needs to be rescheduled due to inclement weather.
