Wendy park lighthouse yoga

Thank you to all of the lovely ladies who met us at Wendy Park for our Lighthouse Yoga event.  We enjoyed sharing a women's circle and healthy snacks that nourished our bodies and souls.  Many thanks to the AMAZING Denys Morgan for teaching a fabulous yoga class!
