Wendy park lighthouse yoga

Thank you to all of the lovely ladies who met us at Wendy Park for our Lighthouse Yoga event.  We enjoyed sharing a women's circle and healthy snacks that nourished our bodies and souls.  Many thanks to the AMAZING Denys Morgan for teaching a fabulous yoga class! Thank you to Colleen O'Rourke for leading us in relaxing and heart opening Kundalini Yoga and gong sound bath.  We loved doing botanical art and watercolor meditation with Tina and Cristina!
